Ramin Jahedi is an operations management professional with over 20 years experience in strategic planning, project management, process improvement, sales, staff development, and customer service.  He came to the United States in 1993 with $475 in his pocket, and not a word of English.  He found a job distributing flyers for a local restaurant, and from there moved up to delivery driver, cook, and, finally, general manager, before opening his own restaurant in 2001.  Under his leadership, Piccolo Italian Restaurant became a thriving upscale eatery in Austin, Texas, in spite of the recession. After five good years, Ramin sold his restaurant, and moved into a new line of work.  Working in service, management, and sales for Jack In The BoxBennigan’s, and Blockbuster Corporation, Ramin saw that corporations missed out on tremendous opportunities because they neglected their employees, and focused exclusively on the bottom line.

Ramin D. Jahedi is a proud father, mover, shaker, motivator, and entrepreneur.  He thrives on inspiring others, and helping them learn practical methods for motivating themselves towards ever-increasing success.  As an entrepreneur, speaker, business and life strategy coach, Ramin strongly believes that understanding, helping, connecting and caring for others is the key to success.  His thoughtfulness, sincerity, and ability to relate to others allow him to create plans that help others realize their goals and dreams.  Ramin genuinely cares for others, and his warm approach to business brings people together.  As a successful business leader, Ramin is honored to work with professionals to help them achieve the happiness that he feels every day.
